Kano State Governor, Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, has encouraged the newly elected national leadership of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) to remain dedicated, hardworking, and inclusive in order to strengthen the party and advance its mission.
This was disclosed in a statement issued on Saturday by the governor’s spokesperson, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa.
Governor Yusuf made the appeal while addressing delegates at the inauguration of the newly elected NNPP national executives in Abuja.
He reaffirmed the party’s commitment to good governance, citizen welfare, and the protection of democratic values across the country.
The Governor further urged party members at all levels to uphold unity, loyalty, and dedication, describing them as vital ingredients for achieving the collective aspirations of Nigerians.
In his remarks, the National Leader of the NNPP, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, encouraged the re-elected national officers to intensify their efforts in steering the party toward even greater electoral achievements.
The convention drew party leaders and delegates from all 36 states, highlighting its importance to the NNPP’s political direction and future.
