The Senior Special Assistants Forum, Kano State, has resolved to align with the growing call by well-meaning stakeholders for unity of purpose among political leaders in Kano State, in the interest of peace, stability, and sustainable development.

This resolution followed the Forum’s meeting held on January 1, 2026, where members unanimously agreed that cohesive leadership is critical to advancing the collective progress and prosperity of Kano State.

In a statement signed by Hassan Sani Tukur, the Secretary of the SSAs Forum, respectfully calls on the revered leader, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso, and the Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, to unite and jointly provide leadership under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), for the greater good of the state.

According to the Forum, such unity would promote peaceful coexistence, enhance political stability, and create a stronger foundation for inclusive governance and sustainable development across Kano State.

The Senior Special Assistants Forum further expressed its firm belief that unity among leaders will significantly strengthen governance, reduce political tension, and expand opportunities for inclusive development that will benefit all citizens of Kano State.

Reaffirming their position, the Senior Special Assistants pledged their loyalty to the leadership of Kano State and their commitment to supporting all genuine efforts aimed at promoting peace, unity, and accelerated development.

The Forum concluded by expressing confidence that with collective leadership and a shared vision, Kano State will continue on a path of steady progress and prosperity.
